Light Emitting Diode (LED) Arrays

These lighting arrays are primarily designed for plant growth research. The light output is typically visible red (660nm), visible blue (470nm), or far red/infrared (735nm). Alternatively, up to three colours may be mixed in one array. The array enclosure dimensions are 197 x 110 x 63mm.

A universal controller allows the brightness of the array to be manually adjusted, and provides safe current limiting at maximum brightness.

Larger arrays, which are designed to fit a Topcount™ machine, have independent control of each colour. The controller for such a system is shown below:
